I watched this video when I was little so many times, but now I can't remember what it was called. It was a little collection of three princess-y stories. The stories themselves were animated, and they took place in different countries (one of them being China). Between the stories, an asian gentleman would talk briefly about them. I think there was a screen behind him that showed the country that the next tale took place in. He reminded me of Pat Morita (maybe it was Pat Morita).
Anyone have any idea?

EDIT: Was probably made in the mid to late 80's, maybe early 90's

I found something, finally, but I'm not sure if this is it. Does it look familiar to anyone? If anyone has it, does it answer to my description?
