I got a Bush H.D ready lcd TV 19" serial code LCD19W008HD. When ever I turn it of it goes into standby. I was wondering if there was any way I can turn it of fully without having to take out the mains supply. Thank you for your time

You will likely have to unplug or turn power strip off. Most all TV's Draw power to power the IR Receiver.
