My fiancée lives in Ghanan and wishes to come to the United State to be married to me. How much is the passport if she purchases it in Ghanan and I prepare the K-1 visa document here in the United States>

I do not want to sound really bad on this, but how many times have you visited Ghanan to see your fiancée ? You do know that this is the major area for dating scams. They have rooms full of people, older women, men and more who use photos of young ladies and pretend to be therm to get men from the US to send them money.

First they want you to pay for a passport, then a visa, then something will happen and they will have to "pay off" someone, then it will be money for a plane ticket and then something will happen and so on, till you either get smart that they are not coming, or you run out of money.

They will need to apply to the US embassy in Ghanna for a visa, and get a passport from their nation, ( they don't cost very much in US funds)
But go to the US embassy website and you will see pages of warnings to US citizens about the dating scams there.

So if you have not personally flew there and saw this person, most likely it is a scam ( sorry not what you want to hear) So you need to fly over there first meet her and arrange to bring her back with you in person, don't send them money.
