What is the chance of this? Also afterwards she did have sperm on her hands she washed her hands with soap and water about 2 times and then jumped in the shower and washed her self can she have gotten sperm inside her from her hands while she was cleaning herself? NO. Sperm is not like a little mouse that runs around looking for someplace to hide. It would have to be all the way inside her to get her pregnant.
If you are worried about this in the future, then 1- Wear a condom. Or 2- Stop messing around.
Realize that even though you are not have intercourse, STDs can still be passed through oral sex.

Intercourse equals pregnancy NOT foreplay and oral.

If I'm understanding your post correctly then your chances of her being pregnant are extremely slim to none ; literally a million-to-one shot ; probably even more than that.
