I guess it does seem possible. During sex and orgasms your genitals become engourged with blood. If someone with poor circulation or blood problems get a rush of blood on other areas of their body, I guess it could take away from the blood supply in other parts of the body, when that happens the part of your body with the least blood flow would get cold. I have never heard of this before, but it does seem possible. I sometimes get really dizzy right after an intense orgasm. :D
