Hi. I'm 18 years old and iv'e moved out of my parents home and been living with him for about a month and a half. I moved in October 9th. That same date I had my period. My period always lasts about 7 days. Even though I had my period me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex every day through November. In November I was supposed to expect my period on the 9th bur I got it on the 7th. The first two days of my period were heavy as usual... but then the third day was lite and it just disappeared after that so I would say it lasted about 3 or 4 days. Ive been feeling really tired lately, and frequently urinating sometimes about 5 or 6 times in an hour. Today is the 17 I don't know if I should take a test or something.

Since you got a period, I would say that you are not pregnant. All of our periods fluctuate every once in a while, even for the most regular woman.

The only way to know is to wait until you miss your period and take a test using first morning urine.

If you are not trying to get pregnant you should be using protection.

The post above is great advice! If you aren't getting a yearly OB-GYN exam, now would be a good time to start. The doctor can also talk about different forms of birth control (if you don't want to get pregnant). If money is an issue, see if there are any free clinics in your area. Look up 'clinics for the uninsured' or check with the local health department. The treatment is either free or based on income. The people at these places are usually very nice, at least in my experience. You need to get regular exams to make sure you are healthy.
