Does anybody how manga artist get paid? And If my manga is maid into an anime that somebody else makes, will I get paid from that anime?

I found for regular animated artists is between $47, and $80,

Well, I'm asking that question too. You're probably wondering why because I'm only 12. I did a little math and I got $360 a month. But, you get $20,000 a year. c: It's pretty low, so now I don't know what to do.. I've always wanted to be an artist but it's such a slow salary... Well.. You should have another job on top of anime artist. Bye c:
