I need help or answers to show I can use to do this.
How do I re- install Firefox in my computor?

Simply download it here: Firefox Download (http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/download.html?product=firefox-2.0.0.9&os=win&lang=en-GB) and follow the instructions.

Probably not
Create a NEW (fresh) profile and then add back only your bookmarks and cookies
