I am aware of the subjects in Project finance e.g. projecting cashflow, time value of money, presenting financial statements and taxation. I am academically qualified for this specialisation but my applications are constantly been rejected by company. Perhaps because of lack of relevant experience.
Kindly tell me how project finance activities work in a company. What do the specialist do ? What are its functions ?

Just because you might be academically qualified that doesn't mean you will get the job.

Networking is key.. but I will assume that isn't an option here.

So when you do go for the interview... dress for success. Suit & tie, clean, smell fresh, look presentable.

If you aren't getting called for an interview, look over your resume. Do you have the necessary key words? Have you arranged your resume in such a way that makes you appear in the best possible light?
