I recently went to a dental chain & had some work done. The dr suggested I get veneers since I was not happy with my stains. I explained I would be moving across state & would purchase them if they were ready in time. Needless to say, they weren't. I flew back in Oct for the procedure. It all went downhill from there.
1- The doctor spilt some liquid that was used for the procedure on the side of my mouth which burnt me and has caused a scar. Nothing huge but noticeable.
2- I asked for the venners to match in color a crown I had previously done, they are different shades.
3- Not even a week later and one pops off.
4- Dr didn't remove the glue from between my teeth, I am unable to floss one of my teeth. This can cause tooth decay because I am unable to get the food out.
5- I forced the floss on another and chipped another veneer which I was able to catch on my tongue.
I have called for a month now, and the office manager refuses to return my calls. Veneers are very expensive. They were not properly done, not to mention the wrong color and now I am walking around with one missing and another one chipped. I was in a wedding, which I was unable to smile in. Do I have a case?

Yes this will make a very good law suit,

You will need an attorney and another dental lab that will list all of the damge, cost to repair and so on

This is not something you can handle yourself - if you are thinking Small Claims the Dentist (who is far more knowledgeable) will dance circles around - and over! - you.

Locate an Attorney who specializes in medical/dental malpractice.
