Hi all,
I am badly frustrated with my weight,I have been gymming for almost 2 years now... And then I weighed 63 kgs... During the first few months I lost near about 10 kgs but since past 9-10 mnths I have not lost even .5 kgs??
I am short statured female with bottom heavy... I am going through a deep complex as I am planning to get married in early 2008.Double chin, fat on my face, heavy arms are killing my sleep... I cnat understand that in spite of proper diet and 2 hrs of rigourus work out why the hell I am nt lossing?I drink loads of water and eat balanced diet... Stilll if some one can suggest me I would be grateful
Thanks... piya

After some weight loss, some people will reach a point where they can't seem to lose any more!
I'm not an expert but I would suggest cutting a few more calories (Not many, maybe just 100, 200 a day, maybe a slightly smaller portion or cut out one little snack or something) and exercising a little harder, focusing on a full body workout rather than just an isolated exercise.
Good luck!
Good luck!

Hi Piya... welcome, first of all I liked your name... secondly I have a solution to your problem.
Lets start!
I was a professional athelete couple of years back and had a real good n' sexy body... u can assume the status of my good health, but now I am weighing 85 kgs and age is 22 because of my engg. Studies I am unable to exercise on daily basis. I am so over-weighed that I can't even climb my college floors in one go.
This is not a solution but what I am going to tell you might help you out... initially it depends in what season your work out for 2 hrs. Medically, people work out in winter to GAIN weight and summer is a perfect season to LOSE weight. All you have to do is work out in summer.. work it hard.. have that passion and determination... working out in summer will not only melt and vapourize your extra fats but will help you open your skin pores resulting in a glowing skin. Believe me I have experienced it. In this schedule if your taking Orange Juice or plain juices containing vitamin C will help you restore the essential water in your body. Make sure before gymming you take 2 hrs of sound sleep and at least 7-8 hrs of sound sleep in the night. If you think you haven't had enough sleep and your body has not stored energy and stress still exist don't work out! Exercise only when you feel happy to do it, don't just force yourself! Don't make any cut off or add on in your diet keep it normal and regular but eat happily! :-)
I isn't a professional trainer or something' I am telling you what I have done simply and got the expected results. I am starting my sports again this week and wish U and ME a good luck for the same.
Regards,
Sachin.
