I have 96 accord 2.2L v-tec and I have a problem. My wife drove the car to Seattle and on her way home she her head lights started to dim, radio stopped working, etc. She then got a new battery that morning and drove it home. I thought that it was the alternator so I took the old one out that night. I put the negative terminal back on because I wanted to lock her doors (electric locks). This did not work so I used the key and went inside. We got the new alternator the next day, so I put it in. I reconnected the battery and went to start it. I found that I had no power at all even with a fully charged battery. I checked all the connections and they were clean and tight. I am lost from here and need help, I don't know what could be the problem.

Blown fuse, probably a large one in the underhood fuse panel, how do they all look or do a continuity test on each one of them, there are at least a couple of fuses between the alternator / battery and the ignition switch.

I found the fuse that it was. Some way the 100A battery fuse blew. Thanks for you help.

I would get a spare fuse, teach the Mrs. how to change it, and if it happens again then do a serious inspection of the battery and alternator wires, one will be rubbing on some part of the engine or tranny or motor mount bracket, something like that.
Do that inspection now anyway, you might get lucky and see something, look real close at the terminals where these wires attach, the plug may be slightly melted or burnt looking??
Tell her this fuse has power going through it all the time, even with the key out, so don't be afraid of a small spark when changing the fuse, just make sure the key is out and the lights are off and the door is closed.
