Has double picture, can it be fix or do I need a new one?

I think I seen it years ago, It was programmable in Menu if I remember right.
This is 2 whole separate pictures? not like double vision?

I trashed it and bought a new one thanks, just think it was old and worn out

The're cheaper to replace than repair most cases.
