I have not been well at all. I feel light headed. I am always sad, tired and have no energy. It's hard doing the simplest things. I am losing interest in my hobbies and I find I am not hungry anymore. I feel like crying and I nearly did so in front of the doctor but I held it in. What is this? Am I abnormal? I am 17. Is this my hormones? I keep aching too. Thanks.

It could be a number of things. It could be hormones, it could be you need a detox, or it could be chronic fatigue syndrome.
I am the same way and the only way I can get out of bed in the morning and make it through the day is in the morning I take
Vitamin B complex
B12-sublingual
Ginkgo biloba
Vitamin C & E
In the evening I take
Calcium 600 mg
Magnesium 300 mg
Potassium
D3
I also take Hylaronic Acid (vitamin aisle at Wal Mart) It makes my joints really flexible and
They aren't achy any more.
When I am taking them I don't think about how much they help but when I stop taking these things for a while I end up tired and achy and wondering why I can't get up or make it through the day.
I want to start taking alpha lipoic acid and some amino acids and maganese
I also am going to start taking Taurine because that balances your sodium/potassium
It takes a couple weeks of taking these to feel a difference.
What really started making me feel better than I have in years is I threw out my table salt and commercial vegetable oils and use sea salt and olive oil.
Check with the doctor to make sure it is nothing really serious that you would need surgery or something for.

It sounds to me like you are suffering from depression! I myself at 27 have gone through this on a few different occasions. Is there something bothering you?? Maybe you need to speak to someone maybe a therapist or a family member. Or I am here!! Let me know!!

You could very well be suffering depression, but you may have a form of anemia. You need to get a blood test to rule this out before depression is considered.
