Hi,

I just installed 2 thermostat and 2 baseboards but none are heating... I wonder if my wiring is OK. I have 120 on both wires in the baseboard but no heat at all... here is a diagram of my wiring. The wiring in my baseboard is OK. On one side, I have 2 wires linked with a wirenut and on the other side, I have both wires connected and the ground as well...

What drives me crazy is whether I turn on or off the thermostat, I always have 120 volts on both wires in the baseboard but no heat...

Thanks in advance.

Do you have 240 volts across the 2 terminals of the heaters? You must feed the circuit from a double pole breaker that connects to both legs of the incoming power.
