I have this package unit is a YORK it seems to me that every year we have the same problem with it, a technician fix it then fall season comes we are back to square one again.

I did a few troubleshooting of my own, I turn the thermostats on and calls for heat but there is no spark on the flame sensor, has two flame sensor and one I can get 18V on it but the other there is nothing, is that normal? I cleaned the flame sensor too : )

I thought it was the Intermittent pilot I bought a new one and installed it but still does not work.

I check the power on the transformer and relay is OK. Do you think is the inducer blower? Even though there is power going to the inducer blower but there is no way of testing the motor. Any suggestion would really appreciate.

Thank you.

The motor is supposed to run before ignition. Also it could be a proving switch be it mechanical or vacuum causing the problem. Many times this switch is a part of the inducer motor itself or a silver disc with vacuum lines attachwed can also be used as a switch to prove the inducer motor is running.
