My German Sheppard has been sick for over a week, he was having diarrhea on and off, when I was going to take him to the Vet, my neighbor said that her 2 dogs and other dogs in our neighborhood were sick too. Today his head is warm and his nose is dry, any one knows if I can give my dog an aspirin or a Tylenol?

Never give a dog Tylenol or other modern OTC pain killers. Aspirin, better buffered aspirin, is OK, 5 mg per pound of body weight every 8 hours. I doubt that is what it needs now. I would get it in to the vet this week unless the problem seems to be clearing up.
