I'm trying to calculate the Z-score of Papa John's. I have figured out everything else BUT amount of capital stock. Where I can find it? Can I find it somehow from the Financial Statements?
See www. Hoovers.com (papa john's, financial statements on left) I also need a stock prices from years 2005 and 2006.

Historical stock prices are available through the menu on the left side of the page. Click on Key Statistics to get some other good details - looks like they have about 29.9M shares outstanding.
