Blower stay on even thermostat is disconnected at the board. Replace board but it's still doing the same thing.
Until you post the model number, check the roll out switches, next to the burners... there is a little red button to push in to reset them, the problem could also be a stuck fan relay on the board... turn off the power and then turn it back on and see if the blower is now off. BUT the question here really is, if the problem is one of the roll out switches,. why did it trip out? Post your finding back on this site...
