What is hotmail formatting? Can I convert a word doc to hotmail format?

Hotmail is an e-mail service from Microsoft. Are you sue you mean hotmail formatting and not HTML formatting? HTML is a markup language used for WEB pages. But E-mail can be HTML so it can include colors, fonts and graphics.

A Word Doc can be saved as an HTML file.
