Ha Ha ha yes I know this story. I'm also the same way. Ever wonder why women take holidays to get to spend time with family and Men take Holidays to get away from it all? We are opposites and that's a big factor that causes misunderstandings. Men like the ability get away from the ordinary humdrum of life. Computers are a link to the unexplored adventures of virtual life with out consequence. The 8 hour run of labor can bring a man down to the feeling of slavery but to a woman can mean security. The more a woman tries to pry her man away from a computer the more a man fells he wants to escape to it. The best cure for this is to make life a bit more interesting in the home. Try some erotic events that will spark his interests. Or imagine getting into the gaming too. How would it feel if he started to get interested in hobbies that you like too? Great right? My wife usually complains about my time in front of the computer till she started to play with me. Now were like great friends that share hobbies. She plays PC with me and I go jogging with her. During the runs we have a lot to talk about. A lot of my friends have wife's and GFs that just complain and have the image of "Press start button" to enter a video game adventure in front of them and to the side a pouting looking person who is annoyed and angry. What of the 2 choices would you chose? Men would go for that start button faster then a dog for food and women would want to talk to the angry person to work out feelings. Try to meet in the middle. It's a happier place.

Error - Error - Illogical thinking.

For 38 years I worked for IBM and Lexmark. At no time did I confuse the uses of a computer vs. pleasures of family and wife.

Or is it wife and family? Oh heck, it doesn't matter what the order is, for me they both mean home to me.

"This is my rifle, this is my gun. This is for shooting, this is for fun." Ah boot camp!

I really know some men, once they have time to be in front of their computer,it seems they have no need to eat food, drink water,no need to sleep... they can't hear anything, they can't see anything, only computer is in their eyes, they mind! No matter what you said to him, what you do to him... he does not care, does not pay attention to you... completely!crazy!my colleague cut the internet for many times, you know what her husband said,"you can touch anything else of mine, but you CAN'T touch my computer".It makes me feel that it is very common that men love computer more than other things, even their girlfriend or wife!If I have a boyfriend like that,I think what I can do just break up with him!

It doesn't seem like your interest in Games is the same as the guy she's talking about. And I have no clue how your wife looks vs the Girl with the computer addict. Oh so many variables in online questions. Hoah?

AH,

My lady looks the same as she did when we first married. It's caused by these rose colored glasses I'm wearing.

Seriously, my lady looks her age. But to me, looks are not so important. Her eyes are still soft and gentle. Her laugh still bubbles out from her. She's my friend, lover, playmate and sometimes my backbone, depending how dumb I am at the moment.
