Calling all experienced pipe fitters...

Madam Goodwrench continues bath remodel in 1940's apt. bldg. and needs a supplimentary heat unit that will fit in a wall (bldg. Association has nixt the infrared ceiling option and electric wall option).

We already removed an ugly exposed unit with pipe connection that's been capped off. In that space we willl install a wall hung cabinet 10" off the floor and would like a small enough unit to fit underneath.

Any suggestions? And what companies make such things?

Thanks so much for all the past help,
Madam Goodwrench

You might do a search in Google for Dan Holohan's web site. That is probably the only place that you can get help from. Steam is in many ways a lost art and it also is a real energy waster because of the high temperatures you have to run and there is no way to make a steam boiler as efficient as a hot water boiler. Good luck with your search.
