Can you give me advice. I had may car repo and I couldn't pay the extra money 2K to get it back. Now I'm being told that I owe 6K on it after the auction sale. What is the best step for me to take. I don't have the money that the loan company said they would take 4K to settle the loan. They said that it would go to a collection company now.

The car was auctioned off and sold at a lower price than you paid, unfortunately you are held responsible for the "difference". They will treat it as any other debt... collection agencies calling, etc...
Although there are SOME people on this website that will call you a deadbeat... as they did me... lol... I just say, keep your head up, do the best you can... maybe someone can help you set up a way to manage your money so you can still live your life, enjoy your life, but still pay your bills.
