Just say hi. Tell him you have feelings for him. Make sure nobody is around or if you can't say that to im in person ask for his number or write him a note. I hope every thing works out for you.

If you get nervous talking to him by yourself, ask him to come and hang out with you and a group of your friends. You could all go to the movies or something together. Sometimes being in a group can help because the pressure of being alone on a date isn't there. Then, while you are all out together, get him alone and tell him that you really like him and enjoy hanging out with him. Then, you can see if he feels the same way, and if he does, ask him out on a date. Good luck! :)
