Like error messages, connection type, VPN client, OS, etc

Cannot connect to VPN
The more you put into a question the better we can help you. As Ben indicated there is a lot more info needed. With just what you have told us, there is no way to even begin to answer.
If the VPN is you are trying to connect to is from your company, then I suggest you start with your IT department.
