I would like to change from an Aprilaire 8346 Digital t-stat to a LUX TX9000TS but am having a bit a trouble determining whether they're compatible.
The Aprilaire wiring scheme is as follows:
C W2 R G Y O/B where in this application the O/B is an O.
What wires (if possible) would go to what contacts on the LUX?
The LUX wiring scheme is as follows:
W Y G B O RC RH C (the RC and RH are jumpered out of the box)
My system is to the best of my knowledge NOT multistage, I think in this application the W2 is for an E-Heat function.
NOw to my Problem...
Im not sure where to go from here knowing what little I know about my system... is it just a simple swap out from letter to letter. If so everything swaps nicely except the R to RC/RH, which contact should I connect the wire that was previously connected to an R contact.
Any help that you folks could give would be appreciated. Thanks.
Shawn
