If I don't respond to the divorce paper which I received from my wife because it is not true what is going to happened ?

She gets everything she asks for in the divorce papers and you get nothing. You really need to respond asap.

What do you mean by "because its not true"? That kind of threw me off, but anyway, everyone above is correct, anything she is asking for in the divorce will be granted to her because you didn't show up to contest it. So RESPOND!

If you don't show up, it shows the judge that you don't care so what ever is true or not true will simply stand. If you want your say, you better show up!
