Hey guys I'm starting to get a bit worried as my father was diagnosed with a cancer called mesothealioma (I think that's how you spell it) about 23 months ago. He has been through some very rough patches in that time and it has been touch and go at a few points.
I'm now starting to get very worried as all the reports have read say that the record for someone to live with this cancer is 25 months - for my dad that will be January. Does anyone know any more about the subject and if there is any truth to this statement.
My dad seems fine and as well as can be expected at the moment so I find it hard to believe. Any information and advice is greatly appreciated

Mesothealioma is asbestos lung cancer, so your dad must have been working around this for a very long time. I would suggest you discuss this with his doctor, as possibly the best source of information to help you and your dad cope
