Huh? You mean your vaginal pH? If you change it to acidic rather than alkaline, your chances of conception are practically nil.

Acid kills the sperm.

I honestly don't even think you are able to change that...

But here is a link on the Shettles Method...
Gender Selection: The Shettles Method (http://www.fertilityfriend.com/Faqs/Gender-Selection-The-Shettles-Method.html)

Yeah, it is only about 75% effective... I've never tried it... but it is about the only studied method for people trying for a specific gender.

But then you run the risk of lengthing the time it may take you to conceive... because you want to have sex (for a girl anyways) as far from ovulation as possible, while still allowing for conception... then no sex until after ovulation.

Again... it's a shot in the dark... but at least a shot haha

Vaginal acidity can cause problems such as severe yeast infections, will kill sperm, etc. You are best to stay with your natural pH and just be thankful for a healthy full-term baby no matter what the gender.
