Hello I am a mother of 4.Two children by 1 father and two by another.I love them all but a lot of things have happened way too much to go into today I had my breaking point my 2 older children reside with their father and I have decided until they are older and can make their own choices I want to give up my parental right to them... just not sure how to go about doing it can someone help me?

I think you can give them guardianship without giving up the whole parental rights thing.
You should be able to find the best thing for your situation and necessary papers by going through family court.

You can't temporarily give up parental rights. Once you do they are gone. That's one reason its so hard to do.
If you don't want to be a part of your children's lives at this point then just stop being a part.

So you don't want to have anything to do with them, OK, just don't, you let father keep them, you don't visit, you don't go see them, no need to do court work. They already live with their father, so just let them live and leave them alone.

As everyone has said... if you don't want to be a part of their life, then don't. Signing away your rights is PERMAMENT... that's it, period. You will have no rights beyond that.
That being said, you can't just sign them away... your ex would have to agree and have someone willing to adopt them in your place.
Since you said the children live with him, I assume you are paying child support... if this is the case, signing away your rights will not get you out of paying child support unless someone adopts the children.
