Well first of all you need to give him a sign that you like him. Most guys aren't to smart so you might just need to ask, and if your to embarrassed do it over aim or a text or something

I agree with Jiser. Each situation is unique. I mean if he is Charles Manson, do you really want to know if he likes you?
