Can you drink while on unsupervise probation?

That depends if there is a stipulation to not drink. It should say if you can or cannot on the unsupervised probation agreement. If it doesn't say one way or another, ask the officer.
If your original crime was alcohol related, I would say the answer is no, you cannot drink.
