I am exploring a new hair weave process called skin extensions. Is it harmful to your hair? I have a short boy haircut. Can I use this type of extension? Is it easy to apply? Is it available in Yaki hair? I do not like the silky straight hair.

No it is not dangerous but you can't do it yourself that's impossible. It is where a plait as plaited all round the back of your hair and the exstensions are weavied in and out of the sections. You can get different types of hair but prices will vary.
