I have a problem with squirrels. They have eaten my tomatoes, flowers, and carved pumpkins. I need a safe way that won't harm any other animals (my neighbor's dog is known to attack squirrels), so antifreeze is kind of out of the question. They even go into my garbage and rummage through that.

Well I know in loews and like home depot kind of stores, they sell critter ridder, its for getting rid of small rodents. That's all I can say . Good luck

Try a mixture of cayenne pepper, red chili pepper, and white or black pepper, sprinkle it around the areas where you need protection, squirrels don't like it at all, and have avoided my veggie garden all summer!
