It is from a faulty switch in the emergency heat sensor and auxiliary heat. This problem is common for these units once a year. I found this out. I am trying to get answers on why Trane has not fixed this problem. I have a new unit that is about a year old. It has happened twice within the year and the technician said that it would probably happen more because it is common.
