How would one get a quiet title and how do I do it

It is a court action, where if and when there is a possible issue in past title (deed) transfers you go to court to have them cleared. It will involve first a very complete title search ( and often if only one issue may be handled though contact of that person) but after finding all of the issues, you present them in court, allow those people with issues to present their cases if any and have the title then decleard clear.
