If I knew of some fraud involved in bringing some people who would I need to call... they came on the pretense their mom was here but she left 6 years ago and her visa and green card is expired... but I was there when her name was falsely signed that she still lived in the us...

USCIS National Customer Service Center:

1-800-375-5283

I would suggest calling the United States Citizen and Immigration Services

Actually your better off calling ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) USCIS will either ask you to call them or take the info and pass it to them. But don't expect any sort of quick action, the last time I read up on it they were seriously backlogged with calls.

From the ICE website (Immigration and Customs Exforcement)

"To report any suspicious activity please call 1-866-347-2423. Emailed reports of suspicious activity or "tips" are not accepted at this time. "
