Are tides deep water waves in anywhere in the ocean?

You're not very clear on your question. In deep water tides, in proportion to the waves are very small. Tides and waves are different things. Water can be classified as "deep" when the wavelength of the wave is less than 4 times the depth of the water. I hope I have helped answering your question :)
