 I'm having hard time, I had honda civic 93 hatch with no motor and tranmission. I am buying 5 speed manual for my car and I'm not sure if I can buy motor that hook up with AT transmission and I was wondering if it work if I take the AT transmission off the motor and put the motor in my car and hook up with 5 speed. Does it will work?

Was the vehicle already equipped with a manual trans? If not, you'll need the shifter and clutch linkages to make it function. As far as connection to the frame and engine, it should all fit with the right mounts.

Yeah my car have 5 speed set already before I bought it but it have no tranmission and no motor and I'm buying 5 speed dx for it and I don't know if any motor type will fit with 5 speed dx all I am bidding on motor with AT transmission EG and will take the AT transmission off the motor then to put the motor connect with 5 speed in my car soon and just want to know if it will work and possibly fit and I have clutch, yes I have it and I don't know about flywheel, does the flywheel come with motor and AT transmission EG I can't check inside it. Someone said clutches and flywheel can't hook up with motor and AT transmission EG. I need to know how to hook up motor with 5 speed but my car is honda civic 93 hatch and I can't tell what type like lx or crx or dx all I see my car had 98 headlights but back of my car taillight look like 93 it all look like custom to me

First, the flywheel is different from manual to auto, so don't try it. The A/T flywheel will not be drilled an tapped to accept the clutch pressure plate, as well as other features.

Concentrate on the front suspension similarities and the subframe configuration and mounts, like I said before. THAT'S how the motor/trans combo fits in. Move cautiously and compare all aspects before buying components. Good luck!
