It is a Bosch Fride/freezer. Anybody can tell me why? It is 3 years old

Without actually seeing it , or knowing top or bottom, I'M going you are saying the bottom, the fridge. . If you have frost forming on the inside of yhe fridge.no.1 check the seal around the door (rubber seal attached to the door. It may be tore, pulled loose or the door may have gotten slightly warped from stright, any I believe you have warm air seeping into frige when door is closed. If it's not tore, loose ,warped ,take some liquid dish soap and wash the seal all the way round door. They are slighty magnectic and if dirty will not seal Good Luck F.B.E.

FBE is correct, check this and then check the coils at the condenser for dirty conditions

Esquire and FBE are correct. Also check to see that you aren't blocking the air circulation with anything like a bag of lettuce or somethig.
