But after I give birth to my baby does my vagina get tight again or does it stay loose from having a huge watermelon like figure coming out of it. Yes, it will tighten. Do Kegels later to help things along.

Yes, it will go back to normal... in fact, if you end up having an episiotomy and stitches, it is possible it may be a little more snug than before , so you should ease back into sex again... it all depends on the stitches... but You definitely won't go around with a ten centimeter opening LOL... good luck!

As the ladies before me said... yep you will tighten back up, and kegels always help the process :)
