I have a girl in mysame class .though we are not frequent communicator to each other but we have a very strong eye contact.I mean to say that we all the time are having eye contact &it seems that she loves me & wants me to propose her.but some how I'm not able to tell her.in tution or in classwe are trying to catch each others attention.help me should I propose her & how should I propose to her

Well... I think that maybey after class or school you should get together and tell her how you feel. Maybey she feels the same way. Maybey you should ask her to go out with you for a while if she likes you back, then propose to her.
