Can anyone help with easy exercises to lose lots of inches off my fat arms

LOL... I love the way you put that... Anyways, the thing that works for me is lifting light free weights. I lift my ten pound weights while watching TV or doing mundane activities that wouldn't require hands. Also small things like picking up a child.
If you have a child the best exercises are to play with baby!

If you want to lose fat off your arms, the best way to do so is to metabolize fat from all over your body.
Short of liposuction, you can't make the human body "choose" where it'll utilize fat as a fuel source.

Hi guys,
Thanks for the answers... sorry I do not have a child to lift every two minutes to lose weight on my arms. I do not have HUGE arms but things wobble a bit when I have a t shirt on and I HATE IT... I am naturally a big boned girl. I used to swim for my school so have broad shoulders which is a real sore point as I hate wearing sleeveless dresses. I HATE my arms to the point of covering them up in summer no matter what the temperature. I have lived in several hot countries and I would love to just lose fat all over... that is my main question. I have had my thyroid taken out and would like to get some help with losing weight and toning?
Any advice apart from booking an appointment to have it all chopped off. My bro is a Orthopaedic consultant... wish he was a plastic surgeon... :mad:

I would try exercise bands, They are great for the arms, When you get a set, try this, Hold end of the band in each hand, with palms facing each other, and position it under your feet, Stand with your legs hip width apart and bend slightly forward from your waist, with your back straight. Straighten arms so they are out in front of you and parallel to floor, Pull sides of band toward you so arms go on each side of your waist, Make sure your elbows travel past shoulder point, Move band back to starting position, 3 sets, 2o reps. Or Biceps curls using at least 5 lbs (2/3Kg) dumbbell, Triceps, overhead extensions--2 exercises, 1 set of 12 -15 reps.
Using hand weights, up to 5 lbs hold weights in hands and bend over parallel to the floor, tighten abs, bend elbows and pull even with back, (behind you), straighten arms behind you squeezing triceps and slowly lower back down.
Sit or stand, and hold one dumbbell with both hands, elbows bent behind your head, 90 degrees, straighten the arms, squeezing the triceps.
These will work after about 1-2 months along with a correct diet, and aerobics, swimming, jogging, walking, biking, dancing, resistance training, 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week, all this will aid lowering body fat percentage.
