How long does it take to get pregnant after you go off the Depo Shot?

I don't know how long it takes but I've only gotten the shot once and todat on June 11, 2009 I was suppose to get the second shot, but there's been a change of heart, my husband and I are ready to be parents, I've had my period for like a month know, ant it seems like it doesn't want to go away. Can I get pregnant now, or after?
