I really need help. I have red rashes round the head of my penis. It started small but it spreads within months. There was no pain or irritation on the rashes. It was scaly on the head of penis too. This condition had been going on for about 4 months now. Then just a few days ago, a small bump , looks like pimple, appear on my penis forskin. It was little painful when touched. I seldom masturbate. The last time I had sex is 3 years ago. Could this be just a normal infection on penis when not wash properly or do I really have STD? I'm too embrasses to consult a doctor, I hope I can get some medical advice here. Is there any treatment for this? Thank you

What you need to do is see a doctor. I understand that this is embarrassing, and that's okay. But you should make an appointment with a male doctor. Remember he has a penis too, so this would be something he sees on a daily basis.
