I'm a size 12 like my body but would like to loss a little bit of weight and tone up any fast and easy ways? Please help thanks x

Here are some ideas that helped me:
1. Take a walk every day. Make it a part of your routine.
2. Make sure you are hydrated. Drink your 8 glasses of water a day(or similar liquid-not pop)
3. Get a dance workout video. They are fun and upbeat and a great way to workout.
4. Workout with a friend. It will help keep both of you motivated.
5. Do some light stretching every morning. It helps your body wake up for the day and feel better.
6. Always stretch before a workout. If you pull a muscle, you won't be able to workout for a while.
7. Eat a healthy well balanced diet. You can still have foods you enjoy, just check the serving size. That helped me; I didn't know my bowl of ice cream was three servings!
8. Join a fitness club. They have lots of group classes, personal trainers, and fun activities.
9. Do some volunteer work that is physical. It's good exercise, good for the community, and a good thing to put on your resume.
10. Always check with your doctor before you start a weight loss program. You need to make sure you are healthy enough for exercise. The doctor can also give you great tips on weight loss.
