I want to divorce my husband and completely walk away with nothing but my dogs and to get my name off our mortgages. We have our house mortgage & 10 acres of land mortgage. Selling is not a quick option because of how bad the Florida real estate market is & to have him refinance will take a long time since at the moment he is not working. Any suggestions? I need to get my name off the mortgages so I can apply for a home in my own name & not live with family until he gets a job.

No way to do it, your name is on the mortgage and unless he does a refinance in his name only or unless you sell it, there is just no other way
