Ok... I'll do that... not to sound stupid... but are the valves in the faucet... or somewhere else? Erica

What valves? A faucet is a type of valve. The shut off valves or stops? Usually under the sink. The ones for my upstairs bath are behind the drywall. Some faucets have a stop built into them. Tighten the screw and then you can take the faucet apart.

The valves between the water heater and the faucet... the ones I should clean to get the pressure up. I imagine they are in the faucet. I don't mean shut off valves. Thanks. Erica

Spiraltri, I think you are talkng about the advice Speedball1 gave you in an earlier post. By opening a new post you confuse us a bit. If you go back to the old post and Tom's advice you can attach your question there.
