Hi, I'm 14 years old. Just recently I found a vein going into a sort of lump half way up my penis. You can't really feel it when limp but its definitely there when erect. Its sort of painful. I don't know if it's serious but I would love any suggestions what it is.

This could simply be a clogged sebaceous gland, an ingrown hair, it could be a clot caused by even mild trauma to the penis, it could be something called Peyronie's disease, which is a benign disease which causes firm plaque to form under the skin of the penis.

To know for sure, you should see your Doctor and ask him to check it out.
