Me and my ex spouse live in New York State. I pay him child support, and he agreed to pay less than he was entitled to two years ago. If he ask for an increase, how much of an increase can he get percentage wise?

Generally each state has a formula it uses to determine child support. I don't believe there is any regulation about the size of a decrease or increase its just what the formula says should be paid.

I live in in NYS you're the mom and the father has the kids? You pay him support? How many kids do you have with this man? Its 17% for 1 child 23% for 2 children, and 35% for 3 or more kids. Then you have to way in health insurance, day care and all that stuff. I have 1 son, and I get the 17% plus daycare expencies. Well sometimes I do.
